Watlow offers a full line of thermowells, protecting tubes, hardware and connectors to meet varying requirements.
Thermowells are manufactured from drilled bar stock and provide a pressure-tight connection at the point of installation. Our thermowells are sturdy enough to handle high pressure, high velocity and corrosive environments. The sensor catalog provides a thermowell selection guide especially for your application.
Watlow manufactures ceramic and metal protecting tubes. These tubes protect the sensor from harsh environments. Unlike thermowells, they are not primarily designed for pressure-tight applications. Protection tubes are often used in heat treatment furnaces, ovens, open containers, flues and ducts.
Watlow offers a variety thermocouple heads, connector blocks, open terminations, thermocouple mounting fittings and thermocouple insulators for use with our thermocouples.
Many varieties of thermocouple connectors are available from Watlow. Whether you are looking for a high impact strength, fast installation or high temperature capabilities, you will find the right connector system for your application at Watlow. Watlow offers standard, quick-attach and high temperature thermocouple connectors. Three-pole connectors for RTD applications and miniature thermocouple connectors are also available. All Watlow connectors meet the ASTM E1129 requirement and are color coded.
